Dr Amna Noureen
Principal Dentist
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
Dr Amna graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012 and has many years of experience providing high-quality dental care across a wide range of clinical settings.
As the Principal Dentist at Clarity Dental Bendigo, Dr Amna is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care for patients of all ages. She provides a full range of dental services, including dental implants, clear aligner therapy, tongue-tie release procedures, restorative dentistry, laser-assisted dental procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and all aspects of general dental care. Her focus is always on achieving the best possible outcomes while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Known for her gentle and compassionate nature, Dr Amna has a special ability to help even the most anxious patients feel at ease. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and tailors her approach to their individual needs, creating a positive and stress-free dental experience. Patients often comment on her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care, with many becoming loyal patients after their very first visit.
Dr Amna is passionate about preventive dentistry and believes in empowering patients through education and personalised treatment planning. She is committed to ongoing professional development and continually expands her knowledge and skills.
In October 2025, Dr Amna completed the Master Implant Program with the Australasian Restorative and Implant Academy (ARIA), undertaking 100 CPD hours of advanced clinical and theoretical training in implant dentistry.
Dr Amna enjoys building strong relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Outside the clinic, Dr Amna enjoys spending time with her three children, exploring the outdoors, taking long walks, and travelling with her family.

Dr Cindy Xue
Associate Dentist
BDS (University of Otago, New Zealand)
Originally from across the ditch in New Zealand, I completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago. While I enjoyed my time there, moving to Australia had always been my goal, and I’m excited to meet new patients in Bendigo.
I practised for three years in rural New Zealand, gaining extensive experience across all aspects of general dentistry. Alongside this, I emphasise having a caring and gentle approach when it comes to meeting and treating my patients, as I understand there’s an overwhelming number of people who have anxiety when it comes to the dentist.
Although I love practising general dentistry as a whole, I particularly enjoy relief of pain, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, fixed prosthodontics (crown/bridge), removable prosthodontics (dentures), and digital dentistry. Additionally, I strive to further advance my skills by attending regular professional development courses.
Outside of work, I enjoy ice skating, travelling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with my friends and cat.

Dr Mimi Gulhane
Associate Dentist
Dr Mimi Gulhane is a caring and compassionate dentist who is passionate about providing gentle, personalised dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Before joining Clarity Dental, Dr Mimi gained experience working across a number of dental practices in various capacities. This exposure allowed her to work alongside different dental professionals, experience a variety of practice environments, and develop a well-rounded understanding of patient care. She brings this breadth of knowledge and experience to her role at Clarity Dental.
Dr Mimi believes that dental visits should be as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and explain treatment options clearly so they feel informed, comfortable and confident in their care. Her calm and gentle approach is particularly reassuring for patients who may feel nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Mimi enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, particularly Pilates and dancing. She also loves spending time with friends and family, cooking, and experimenting with new recipes.
Dr Mimi is excited to be part of the Clarity Dental team and the Bendigo community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr Tasneem Bulsara
Associate Dentist
With over 10 years of experience in dentistry, Dr Tasneem Bulsara believes that great dental care is about much more than simply treating teeth. For her, it’s about building trust, listening to each patient’s concerns, and helping people feel genuinely comfortable and cared for throughout their dental journey.
Dr Tasneem understands that visiting the dentist can feel daunting for some patients, which is why she takes a calm, gentle and reassuring approach to care. She takes the time to get to know her patients, understand their individual concerns and goals, and explain treatment options clearly so they can feel informed and confident about their care.
Dr Tasneem has significant experience and a special interest in Smile Makeovers, helping patients enhance the health, appearance and confidence of their smiles through carefully personalised treatment planning. She has also undertaken further training in endodontics (root canal treatment), strengthening her skills in managing more complex dental needs and helping patients preserve their natural teeth. These areas reflect her passion for providing comprehensive care—whether that means restoring the health and function of a tooth or helping a patient achieve a smile they can feel genuinely confident about.
For Dr Tasneem, one of the most rewarding parts of dentistry is seeing the difference a positive dental experience can make. Whether it’s helping someone overcome dental anxiety, improve their oral health, relieve discomfort, or rediscover confidence in their smile, she wants every patient to leave feeling heard, cared for and comfortable.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Tasneem values spending quality time with family and friends and enjoys maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life. She brings the same warmth, positivity and genuine interest in people to her life outside the practice as she does to her patients.

Ivy is the Senior Dental Assistant at Clarity Dental, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and helping create a warm and welcoming environment. Known for her friendly nature and attention to detail, she is passionate about making patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental experience.
When she’s not at the clinic, Ivy loves exploring her creative side through crochet and art, and enjoys spending time caring for her aquarium of guppies. She believes that creativity, patience, and compassion are important both inside and outside the workplace, and strives to bring these qualities to every aspect of her life.
